We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lioness Cycling products! That's why we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure your return meets these simple standards: The items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Don't forget to keep them in their original packaging with the product tags attached.

Exchange:

We're sorry, but we don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. Don't worry, though! If you want to exchange an item, just return it for a refund and then place a new order for the item you really want. We'll make sure you get the correct item, and the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original order. Cancel My Order :

We totally understand if you want to cancel your order! Just a friendly heads-up that once the package leaves our facility, we won't be able to cancel it.
